Comms Unplugged tickets
For tickets relating to the main Comms Unplugged event in September each year, we are able to offer a full refund if you wish to cancel your place 30 days or more before the first day of the event. The refund will be made using the same method you used to buy the ticket.
If you decide to cancel after this point we are unable to offer a refund due to commitments to our suppliers. We do allow transfer of the ticket to another person, at our discretion. We will require full details for the new delegate within one week of your request to transfer the ticket. The transfer must be notified to us no later than one working week before the first day of the event.
For tickets relating to Comms Unplugged taster sessions, we are unable to offer a refund if you wish to cancel your place. We do allow transfer of the ticket to another person, at our discretion. We will require full details for the new delegate within one week of your request to transfer the ticket. The transfer must be notified to us no later than two working days before the event.
In the event that a Comms Unplugged event is cancelled by us you will be able to claim a full refund of the ticket price. We are not able to refund any third party costs incurred in the payment process (eg via PayPal).
Comms Unplugged merchandise
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or it is the wrong size or is damaged, you have 14 calendar days to return it from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
You will need to provide proof of purchase of the item when you return it.
Refunds and exchanges
Once we receive the item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
If you have asked for a refund, we will let you know if we can approve one within 3 days of inspecting the item. If your refund is approved we will make a payment to your card (or original method of payment). The refund will be made using the same method you used to buy the item.
If you have asked for an exchange (for a different size) we will initiate this as soon as practicable. Delivery time of the new item will depend on stock. We will inform you of when we are able to ship the new item.
Shipping (postage and packaging)
You will be responsible for paying the shipping (postage) costs to return the item. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you exchange your item for a different size you will also be charged for the shipping of the new item. We will require payment before we ship the item.
