At the first Comms Unplugged event in 2017 the original unpluggers made real friendships and connections. A WhatsApp grew from that and a second one followed after the 2018 event. So much good stuff is being shared on these groups and there’s such a wealth of skills, experience, advice and stories there that we wanted to share that more widely.

That’s how the #CUontheair podcast was born. Once a month we pull together an eclectic mix of learning, comms and wellbeing clips featuring our unpluggers and people they know or meet. One minute you’ll be joining someone on a walk in the fresh air, the next you’ll be hearing about their latest Twitter campaign. As Forrest Gump’s mama used to say: “You never know what you’re gonna get!”
