– Spooky unplugged drawing with Sally – October 2024 –

Join us for a chilled, hour-long doodling session, creating fun seasonal drawings  that will help take our minds off the stresses of the day.

This free session is suitable for beginners and your kids can draw along too if they’d like. Sign up using our registration form and we’ll send you the Teams link in time for the session.

For this year’s Halloween project I’ll be using water-based pens and a waterbrush to add colour. If you want to try this with me Crayola Supertip pens are perfect and very cheap. You can also get a cheap waterbrush online or at art stores or use a standard small paintbrush with water. You don’t need to do this though – coloured pencils or pens will also create a lovely effect in your own style.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Some drawing paper – doesn’t need to be anything fancy but preferably plain
• A pencil
• An eraser
• A pen, eg a fine liner or biro (if you’re using the water-based pens the ink in your fineliner needs to be waterfast)
• Optional: colouring pencils, pens or paints
