Aristotle was right. Understand and identify your personal values, why they matter, how they make you a better communicator and how they can help anchor you in challenging situations.

Bet you know your organisation’s values? You maybe helped craft them, whacked them on a poster, weaved them into narratives, brought them to life.
Yet do you really understand your own personal values? What makes you tick and what winds you up? Well, you should – and help is at hand!
Knowing your personal values helps make you a better communicator, provides an anchor in turbulent waters and affects how you respond – whether you are conscious of this or not. Values determine whether you are the right fit in a job or an organisation, help you find your tribe and build connections. It’s time to get to know the real you.
Jude will lead an interactive workshop where she’ll dive headfirst into why values matter, providing a safe space to share experiences of when yours have been tested. You’ll come away with some practical tools to find, or reaffirm, your personal values and some tips for understanding how this shapes you both at work, and personally.
We’ve been badgering Jude for years to join us in the field and we’re thrilled that this year she’s finally able to.
Jude’s worked in NHS comms for over 20 years, comfortably straddling strategic and operational responsibilities with deep expertise in multiple disciplines. She’s known for her creativity, high standards, wise counsel and unflappable approach. Jude currently works in tech, data and improvement comms for NHS England. Jude is savvy and sassy and has provided leadership in our industry on topics many shy away from. And she always tries to be true to her values.
